Roasts from £18 at The Nelson Arms to £28 at Bel & The Dragon: nine Farnham Sunday roasts with menu prices, serving times and booking rules, checked 25 October.

For a Sunday roast in Farnham, most people book The Nelson Arms on Castle Street, where every roast is under £20; Teller’s Arms, Young’s pub in the old Lloyds bank, which serves roasts until 9pm; or a country pub such as The Duke of Cambridge at Tilford or The Bat & Ball by Bourne Woods. Every entry checked against the pub’s own website on 25 October 2026.

We have not eaten at these pubs for this guide, and nothing here is a review. Each entry gives what the pub publishes: its roasts and their prices, the hours its kitchen serves on a Sunday, and its booking, dog and children’s rules. We have added the Food Standards Agency hygiene rating for each one. Several pubs say their Sunday menu changes weekly, so treat prices as a guide and check the menu before you go.

Sunday food is served from 12pm to 3.30pm, according to its opening hours. The pub advises booking, and well-behaved dogs are welcome. CAMRA notes a garden with a children’s play area. Call 01252 792287 or use the pub’s contact page. Hygiene rating 4 (FSA, 13 February 2025). 2 The Square, Rowledge, GU10 4AA. Our listing.

How we chose

These are the Farnham pubs that publish a Sunday menu or Sunday food hours on their own websites, and that people search for by name. Every one has a food hygiene rating of 3 or better, and none had posted a closure notice. We left out a well-known village pub because its latest Food Standards Agency rating, from March 2026, is 1. We also left out pubs that no longer list a Sunday roast. Prices come from each pub’s own menu as published on 25 October 2026, and the history and beer details from CAMRA’s Surrey/Hants Borders branch.
